SEH Computer Systems is looking for an experienced, proactive and energetic Business Systems Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills who wants to contribute to the company’s success. The Business Systems Analyst will be part of a cross-functioning Agile team working in one or more of: analytics, product transformation, legacy product maintenance and support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will focus on delivering high value solutions to clients while utilizing their experience in the following areas:

Requirements gathering and analysis – work with stakeholders and the team to document and refine requirements while driving out common understanding

Leading teams through testing in an Agile environment – create test plans to ensure the solutions meet requirements

SQA Testing – validating solutions meet requirements

Facilitate UAT – work directly with stakeholders to lead their participation through UAT
