Segula Technologies Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist (Automotive/Manufacturing) Job at Derby, England Full Time

SEGULA UK are looking to employ a dedicated Automotive/Manufacturing Recruitment Specialist who is happy to work both in a small team and independently.

The role will report to the UK Country Director and has no direct reports.

This in-house recruitment role will require the candidate to work on both, contract vacancies and permanent employment openings.

Recruitment:

Playing a critical role in finding the best talent in the industry, the successful candidate will be entrusted with the following tasks:

• Working closely with Business Development to understand recruitment requirements on a daily basis ;
• Being comfortable to support and/or run client meetings (existing or new) alongside the Business Development team or on an individual basis in order to understand what type of profile the client is expecting to receive ;
• Working closely with the HR Manager ;
• Follow the recruitment process and communication when
  • sourcing, screening, shortlisting and negotiating with candidates against job requirements ;
  • setting up and conducting interviews.
• Assessing interviewees together with the respective hiring manager following SEGULA’s interview guideline ;
• Working with the corporate Applicant Tracking System to track and monitor KPIs;
• IR 35 knowledge and understanding ;
• Supporting office management and on-boarding process from the Derby site
  • Day 1 induction pack providing processes and policies ;
  • DSE – Checklist, perform right-to-work checks.

Further tasks may be assigned as and when required.

Qualifications

• Previous experiences in similar roles is essential ;
• In-depth understanding of the Automotive or Manufacturing Industrie’s recruitment requirements and of roles and deliverables within this environment ;
• A strong network of contacts within the Automotive, Manufacturing, and other sectors will be highly preferred ;
• A sound understanding of how an engineering service provider operates ;
• Displaying strong competencies in the field of customer orientation, adaptability, innovation, and result orientation ;
• A desire to review, improve, create and follow processes ;
• Open to continuously improve, reflect and challenge own thinking ;
• Holding the unrestricted right to work in the UK ;
• Fluent in English.
