Job Description
Due to organic growth and further expansion plans, SEGULA Technologies are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who is happy to work across multiple industries and support SEGULA UK’s recruitment activities. We currently operate in the Automotive, Rail, and the Renewable Energies sector and are looking to venture out into other industries such as Aerospace and Cyber Security.
Working alongside the sector Business Managers and Talent Acquisition team, the role will offer real variation and an opportunity to learn and eventually manage the various stages of the recruitment process.
From arranging interviews to sending out contracts, from managing candidate applicants using our CRM system to formatting and templating CVs, there will be plenty of activities to keep you busy!
As your experience grows we will be looking for support on how to streamline these processes and ensure the Business Managers have clear line of sight of strong candidate pipelines for roles being recruited and know that the candidate experience is of the highest standard as could be the first representation of SEGULA Technologies to our applicants.
We would also be looking to provide training in recruitment resourcing which would allow you to grow into a successful recruiter for an international engineering business and further expand your career into talent acquisition.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will need to have enthusiasm about recruitment and HR processes from an administration point of view and possibly be looking to advance their career into talent acquisition.
We will need flexibility when it comes to tasks, as mentioned, no day will be the same and therefore someone who is looking for a varied role in recruitment / HR would be the ideal candidate.
If a candidate has qualifications in HR this would be an advantage but not a necessity.
The successful person will need to have a keen eye for detail, be process driven and be meticulous in their approach to work.
Experience in a recruitment resourcing or a recruitment administration role prior to joining SEGULA Technologies would also be an advantage.
An interest in engineering or a technical background would also be useful.
