About the role

We are looking for a Talent Experience Specialist to join our team as we support the business expansion to global markets. In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.

In particular, you’ll be responsible for forecasting resourcing requirements, sourcing potential hires using various online channels, building relationships with passive candidates and hiring managers and evaluating candidates’ performance in interviews and assignments. If you have proven you can creatively attract talent and improve candidate experiences, we’d like to meet you! Ultimately, we need you to ensure Seer continues to attract, hire and retain only the highest performing team members.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Lead our branding initiatives
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Your experience:

• Proven work experience as a Talent Experience Specialist (IT recruitment experience desirable)
• Hands-on experience using various candidate sourcing techniques is essential (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
• Practical experience in full-cycle recruiting including interview techniques and evaluation methodologies
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems ( Workable is desirable but not essential)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
• A keen understanding of the differences between various technical roles within our organisation
• BSc in Human Resources Management or equivalent field (desirable)
• Generalist HR experience (in addition to recruitment) is an advantage
