About the role
We are looking for a Talent Experience Specialist to join our team as we support the business expansion to global markets. In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
In particular, you’ll be responsible for forecasting resourcing requirements, sourcing potential hires using various online channels, building relationships with passive candidates and hiring managers and evaluating candidates’ performance in interviews and assignments. If you have proven you can creatively attract talent and improve candidate experiences, we’d like to meet you! Ultimately, we need you to ensure Seer continues to attract, hire and retain only the highest performing team members.
