The Role
We are looking for a passionate recruitment expert to join our fast-growing team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role you will manage and improve the full cycle recruitment process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, as well as building out our critical skill pipelines. You will have the opportunity to play an integral part in increasing out talent attraction efforts, primarily in the EMEA region. The role can be based remotely anywhere in the U.K with the expectation of occasional office visits in Marlow, U.K.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Bring your ideas to the table and drive change both for your own recruitment practice and Seequent globally
• Engage directly with managers and own the full recruitment process end to end
• Manage the candidate experience from first impression through to contract signing and onboarding
• Identify opportunities and run improvement projects which increase quality and recruitment speed
• Drive new talent attraction initiatives and improve existing ones, including brand engagement, advertising, career fairs and headhunting

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

• Solid experience managing the attraction and recruitment process for professionals end to end, ideally with some exposure to sales or technical positions
• A tertiary qualification
• Good understanding of candidate management
• Creative problem-solving
• Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A customer focused attitude with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
