The Role
Seequent is growing – exponentially! It is an exciting and rewarding place to work and we are continually adding new talent to our diverse, global team. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are a passionate, tech loving, social media savvy, Recruitment Expert and Social Networker. In this hybrid role, you focus on full cycle recruitment and building critical skill pipelines. You play an integral role in supporting an impactful employer brand to increase our talent attraction efforts around the globe. You know what good looks like for Seequent talent and you know how to find it. Whilst your primary focus will be the EMEA regions, you will also think more globally to share expertise and ideas and, where needed, support in global hiring events. Reporting into the Senior HR Business partner, with dotted line responsibility to the Talent Acquisitions and Insights Team Lead.

Part of a growing HR global team based in the UK where SEEQUENT has a growing office across several sectors. No direct reports, but you will need to work with external parties and across the entire SEEQUENT team.

Product Training
A requirement of this role is to obtain and maintain a significant knowledge, competence and capability global Talent Acquisition practices. SEEQUENT will invest in providing you with training at various levels. Whilst skill and proficiency at the highest level will be recognised and rewarded, it is expected that team members will actively participate in formal training and self-learning exercises.
Travel
SEEQUENT will pay for and arrange travel to the various locations to carry out the role. This will include provision of business development, training sessions and project assistance.
