7:00 am – 6:00 pm (8 hours per day – Flexible)

Position Summary

This position is responsible for owning the highly successful email program for Seeking Health by driving the strategy, creation, and execution of email marketing. This position will also assist with basic website maintenance when needed. A successful candidate will be experienced in ecommerce marketing with a collaborative, inquisitive, and solution driven mindset.

• Adhere to Seeking Health Core Values.
• Works with the Marketing/Education teams and other departments to manage and execute email campaigns and ensure consistency and optimization across all channels.
• Build, test, and schedule deployment of emails leveraging best practices with templates and assets provided by the Graphic Designer
• Manage and track email campaigns in project management software (Asana)
• Maintain, update, or create all emails sent across all Seeking Health platforms and integrations.
• Create audience segments for different campaigns, targeting specific messaging to appropriate audiences.
• Assist with writing creative briefs to inform the objectives and content of email campaigns.
• Support the Business Analyst with tracking performance ing against targeted OKR benchmarks.
• Optimize email campaign performance by running A/B tests.
• Coordinate seasonal content updates for triggered and transactional email campaigns.
• Stay current on email/digital marketing best practices, technologies, trends.
• Support the relationship with our Email Service Provider (ESP) and demonstrate open and professional communication with all business partners.
• Collaborate with our Customer Service team and monitor ticket requests specific to email inquiries.
• Help with website (Shopify) updates as needed.
• Stay up to date on changes in the online marketing environment.
• Create, launch, track, analyze, monitor, and various outbound marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention objectives.
• Ensures that projects, department milestones, and goals are met.
• Assists with other Marketing/Education duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Requirements, and Preferences

• 2 – 3+ years of email/digital marketing experience with consumer brands
• College education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP
• Experience with Shopify, Asana, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong quantitative skills to analyze sales s and campaign results.
• Highly detail oriented with complex campaign planning experience.
• Content strategy and optimization experience
• Copywriting experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills are required.
• Excel in problem-solving and strategizing.
• Experience working in a professional, fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Familiar with Story Brand marketing strategy
• Adhere to lifestyle choices that align with the company’s health and wellness culture.
• Understanding of Nutritional Supplements and FDA, DSHEA regulations.
