We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in driving sales and increasing brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing customer relationships, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to develop creative plans to reach new target markets.

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be accountable to the Leadership Team to develop and execute strategies to increase sales, build brand awareness, and improve customer service.

In addition to managing staff, the Sales and Marketing Manager’s job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Developing and researching marketing opportunities and sales strategies.
• Accomplishing marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
• Communicating job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.
• Achieving marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
• Preparing and completing marketing action plan(s).
• Meeting marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
• Determining annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for departments.
• Accomplishing marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
• Identifying marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
• Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Sustaining rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
