The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for effectively engaging with key stakeholders, strategically and operationally, to deliver on Seeing Machines business objectives.

Seeing Machines is a growing global organisation, you will work closely with hiring managers across the business to deliver a comprehensive, high-volume end to end recruitment service.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide high level recruitment advice, support, and services, ensuring compliance with Seeing Machines policies, procedures, and current legislation
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection cycle from raising vacancies to appointment and onboarding, including timely review and approval of job requests and posting job adverts
• Set out clear resourcing strategies
• Work with internal stakeholders to support the creation and review of Position Descriptions and salary benchmarking data
• Coordination of interview scheduling and provide administrative support relating to recruitment
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through the recruitment cycle
• Coordination of relocation and immigration-related aspects
• Maintain live updates of ATS for current and prospective future candidates
• Oversee the coordination and delivery of employment contracts to ensure they are accurate and are being distributed to candidates in a timely manner
• Extract and deliver data and information around recruitment, salary benchmarking, reporting and analysis to support HR operations and for stakeholders
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to strengthen HR processes and activities and actively contribute to new P&C initiatives and strategic HR projects in support of company operational and strategic goals
• Liaise with Recruitment 3rd party suppliers (such as LinkedIn, Seek, Recruitment agencies)
• Raise Purchase orders, and process invoices in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as requested, consistent with the level of the position and in line with the principle of multi-skilling

About you

• 5 years + experience working in a similar capacity, either in-house or agency
• Experience working in the technology sector
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, adaptable, high-volume environment
• Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and work with employees at all levels of the organisation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to champion ideas and achieve consensus within a team
• Ability to operate and plan in a rapidly changing environment.
