Talent Acquisition Specialist / Human Resources Coordinator

Full Time / Direct Hire

Up to $50k- $55k / year + full benefits package

Sedona is partnering with a local Dyersville area manufacturer who is looking to for a Human Resources professional where their primary focus will be full cycle recruitment of manufacturing industrial, office and management level individuals for multiple divisions within the organization. The right fit candidate will step into this role with a HR education background and/or recruitment experience and have an immediate impact on the company’s recruitment processes and successes. In this full cycle recruiter role, you will help identify and select candidate from posting open positions, responding to applicants, conducting initial screening interviews, conduct orientation of new hires all while communicating with multiple hiring managers within the organization. This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning, the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll.

What we’d like you to bring to this opportunity:

• Bachelors Degree in HR/Business related field or applicable work experience
• 1+ years of Recruiting experience (preferred)
• Excellent organization and ability to partner with and communicate with internal business leaders as well as talent
