We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our team! Responsibilities will include:

Work closely with hiring managers on interview and hiring.

• Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients’ open position(s)
• Overseeing area hiring events
• Organizing interviews and selection events
• Process new hire paperwork and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor pre-hire and onboarding paperwork submitted by branch location.
• Communicate any complaints and concerns to the Operations Manager and HR leader.
• Assist with benefits administration.
• Assist with HR ing and legal compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• BA in Human Resources (preferred) or related field
• Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
• Human resources: 2 years (Preferred)
