Job Summary

Seeking a highly ambitious, career-oriented individual to work assisting in operating and selling units at our busy Peninsula facilities; San Mateo on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays and 2 Days to be determined in one of our 5 Peninsula locations (San Francisco, Daly City, San Mateo, Redwood City).

Compensation and Perks

• $19.00 per hour
• $10.00-$20.00 for every storage unit rented on days you work alone, which we estimate to equate to an additional $1.00-$2.00 per hour – bringing the combined potential equivalent compensation to between $20 and $21 per hour and $250 signing bonus after 90 days

Duties

• Oversight of all day-to-day operations
• Provides outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer queries and problems and professionally
• Effectively sells storage units to telephone, walk-in, and email inquiries by employing the methods within our Call Flow Guidelines
• Completes leases and other documentation in a neat and orderly manner
• Reduces delinquent accounts through telephone, text, and email contact
• Maintains exemplary curb appeal in both our office and throughout that facility, including sweeping units, cleaning hallways, and disposing of debris

Qualifications and Skills

• Sales and marketing experience or mindset
• Passion for interacting with the public
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills
• Proficient with technology including CRMs, web browsers, and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous property management experience a plus
