Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support access control activities, provide outstanding customer service and communication, and use computer and/or tablet tools as needed. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, production-related areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access as directed by site policies, and communicate with site contacts regarding deliveries, visitor movement, and/or operational concerns.
• Support order at the location by remaining visible, providing directions and assistance, and following post instructions related to property protection, incident response, and/or escalation procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
