Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeTue02:00 PM – 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter locations, with attention to security-related conditions and unusual activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and adherence to location rules and technology site procedures.
• Support daily operations at a dynamic tech-focused location by communicating clearly with site personnel, assisting with disruptions, and helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
