You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through strong communication, teamwork, and integrity in a caring, reliable, and innovative environment.

Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat02:00 PM – 10:00 PMSun06:00 AM – 02:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity according to site access procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including checkpoints related to shipping, receiving, and restricted areas, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and support security-related operations by reporting unusual activity, maintaining accurate logs, and following post orders for key control and restricted area access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
