General Statement of Job :

The Talent Sourcer will be an organizational guru and assist in the sourcing functions of the Recruiting Department. The Talent Sourcer plays a key role in building the future of our company by collaborating with hiring managers, and recruiters to perform efficient talent sourcing from initial reach out to a candidate’s first interview.

As a Talent Sourcer for SIS, you would serve as the face of the company, being the first point of contact most job seekers will have with us and serve as a critical part of the recruiting process in building top of funnel talent.

The Talent Sourcer also understands the commitment to build a diverse and inclusive workforce. This position s to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.

Essential Job Functions :

• Define, design, and help implement the sourcing strategy for building talent pools of specific candidate profiles
• Ensure the development and optimization of broad range sourcing channels that will improve the quantity and quality of Security Industry Specialists talent pools
• Utilize Talent Pools to match candidate profiles to relevant roles, and may represent candidate needs to talent acquisition partners and hiring teams
• Maintain a strong understanding of the external talent landscape through market research and competitive intelligence gathering;

educates recruiters and business leaders accordingly to achieve optimal results

• Ensure effective candidate relationship management strategies are developed and utilized to build strong relationships with the passive candidate community
• Develop and drive strategies to build deep and diverse talent pipelines including managing the applicant experience
• Assist recruiters to clearly execute on the employee value proposition and incorporate this into the sourcing strategy framework
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomes
• Present creative solutions to enhance results
• Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all internal stakeholders and candidates
• Ensure all searches and engagement strategies comply with company policies and procedures and with employment laws and regulations
• Track recruiting activities and providing status in a weekly
• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
• Update job postings in recruiting systems
• Assist with job fair coordination (virtual or in person), as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements :

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Three plus years’ experience in sourcing, or recruiting
• Proficient in both PC and iOS systems, related software, and online data mining
• Demonstrated experience with web-based systems and recruiting sources, including the internet, social media, warm / cold calling, referrals, events, networking, publications, industry groups / associations, and job fairs.
• Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
