In this role, you can expect to:

• Collaborate with operational leadership to fulfill staffing needs.
• Identify and use traditional and non-traditional sources to find and attract quality candidates.
• Review candidate resumes for job matching.
• Conduct interviews with candidates over the phone and via video interview technology.
• Make and discuss hiring recommendations with operational leadership.
• Use an applicant tracking system (iCIMS) to manage candidate workflows.
