JOB SUMMARY:

Provides leadership for the Manager Training and Engagement Center (M-TEC) in program management, organizational improvement, cultural transformation and performance enhancement. Contributes to sales and profitability growth through designing and delivering cross-functional training and performance improvement initiatives. Determines learning needs and develops needs-based curriculum with original content. Spearheads customer-focused quality initiatives with broad impact.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provides leadership to the Manager Training and Engagement Center (M-TEC), organizational improvement and performance enhancement; analyzes development needs; designs, develops and implements a variety of position specific programs, a la carte modules, and leads initiatives for the enhancement of customer service, quality, employee growth and engagement, and profitability.
• Contributes to sales and profitability growth through developing and integrating cross-functional training and performance improvement modules throughout the organization, and collaboratively implementing significant improvement initiatives.
• Determines training needs and develops needs-based curriculum with original content; develops variety of innovative, leading edge curricula with broad applications; conducts training in a variety of settings and through a variety of media.
• Analyzes performance of individuals, programs, and organizational units; creates performance and competency models and implements effectiveness initiatives with company- wide impact.
• Analyzes and learns intricacies between the decentralized regions and client businesses; develops partnerships with region training leaders and collaborates to identify best practices and shared challenges amongst the regions.
• Uses the ADDIE model to launch multiple cross-regional, cross-functional, cross-departmental, and national projects; effectively organizes resources and builds collaboration; provides direction and coordination of work as appropriate to the project; serves as project advocate and achieves project milestones.
• Tracks and measures ROI and other key metrics to determine the business impact of all Talent Development programs and modules.
• Is adept at effectively communicating with and presenting to executive leadership on key Talent Development initiatives.
• Performs tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assignment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of progressively responsible business experience related to both individual and organizational performance improvement, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.

• Presentation and group facilitation skills, including adaptation to various audiences such as first- line employees, management, and executive leadership, and providing graphic and narrative interpretations and explanations of quantitative and qualitative information.
• Skill in analyzing, modeling, and synthesizing a variety of data and developing recommendations and solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of business processes and Learning Management Systems.
• Skill in developing curriculum and performance-based training modules.
• Strong customer and results orientation.
• Excellent planning, organizing and leadership/supervisory skills.

• Skill in the use standard office productivity, training, and project management software.
