Securitas is pleased to announce a career opportunity for an Area Human Resources Manager in Dearborn, Michigan. The Area Human Resources Manager role is ideal for individuals with excellent leadership skills in all aspects of personnel management. This person will manage a team of 6 Recuriters and Human Resource professionals.

The successful candidate must have a strong high volume recruiting or project management background. This role will focus on maintaining a strong applicant flow, ensuring their team meets the hiring goals, creating a fun, fast paced environment, working with District Managers to lower overtime, and audit compliance with company and Region HR polices. Will coach and mentor Branch HR personnel and manage all Employee Relations functions.

We are looking for someone who wants to drive results and is passionate about leading a team to meeting all hiring goals.

This position provides leadership in the areas of talent acquisition, talent development, compliance, and benefits administration, as well as advises on HR-related issues.

Ideal candidates will have an ability to apply regulatory knowledge, exercise recruiting practices, understand office procedures, utilize office equipment and systems, conduct counseling, analyze reports, plan and organize. Candidates should also be able to interact at all levels across diverse cultures while performing as an effective team member.

You will be best prepared for this position if you possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in an HR-related field of study
• Must have High Volume Recuriting Experience
• Two or more years with progressive HR responsibility
• A demonstrated combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
