MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics and/or two years of related business experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing ):
Proficient to advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to analyze data to make meaningful inferences
Ability to manage databases and business s
IT coding experience (Python, SQL, access), experience with Microsoft Power BI and Oracle BI preferred.
Experience with DAX preferred
Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools
Smartsheet experience preferred
Project management skills to handle timelines and deliverables
Experience consulting with stakeholder groups
Strong communication skills, as well as written and verbal presentation skills.
Thorough understanding of standard office procedures and practices
Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form
Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to be an effective team member and handle workload timely.
