Securiguard is Looking for Office Administrator Full Time

Securiguard is looking for a skilled Office administrator for our Surrey office. Someone who is self-starter who is people-oriented and gets along well within a team. You will be the first point of contact via phone, email, or in-person to clients, staff, or visitors. This opportunity will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable experience.

This is a full-time position with extended health and dental benefits.

The day to day:

• Answers telephone and provides information in accordance with company policy; screens calls and takes messages
• Greets visitors, inquires the nature of their business, and directs them to appropriate parties
• Keeps lobby area clean and presentable on a daily basis
• Opens and distributes general company mail and other material
• Responsible for keeping up to date the uniform inventory and ensures the uniform room is always organized
• Prepares a variety of reports; analyzes data, and identifies solutions
• Manages office supply ordering and distribution
• Provides support to the People and Culture team and assists with any other administrative tasks

What you bring:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in human resources, business, administration, or other related fields
• Office administration or customer service experience
• Experience with HRIS or ATS programs would be considered an asset
