SECURE RPO Hiring for Customer Service Agent at Sunrise, FL Full Time

Job Description:

· The Licensed Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients.

· The successful candidate will be able to handle a high volume of calls and emails and will be able to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

· The Customer Service Agent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Responsibilities:

· Answering a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers

· Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner

· Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

· Providing exceptional customer service to clients

· Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

· Active Florida Health Insurance License (215 or 240)

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Experience in customer service or a related field is Preferred

· Skilled in using Windows PC applications including strong keyboard and navigation skills

· Ability to work with multiple departments
