In this position, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for incoming customer inquiries, bookings, and ensuring that details are captured and communicated effectively. You will also be responsible for sending sales and rental agreements, quotations and information requested by our customers. The CSR plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer to our customers.

The ideal candidate will readily demonstrate Secure-Rite’s Core Values of Excellence (our goal in everything), Community (people matter to us), Agility (we move at the speed of business), and Cowboy Grit (we work hard and get things done). In addition, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment with Microsoft Office products.
