Secretarial and Administration Hiring for HR Administrator at Elstree Full Time

COMPANY PROFILE

Our client, a Global Trade company based in Elstree are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join their team. The role will involve providing support to both the HR and Finance Manager, and include a variety of responsibilities

SKILLS REQUIRED

– Strong communication skills.

– Competent with Microsoft Packages.

– Strong attention to detail and ability to work well on own initiative.

– Previous HR administration experience would be beneficial.

– Ability to multi-task.

– Strong understanding of confidentiality

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Being the first point of contact for recruitment, liaising with department managers and viewing job applications.
• Deal with onboarding for new starters, including references, contracts of employment and inductions.
• File documents onto HR software
• Create and administer employee letters and documents.
• Inputting of starters and leavers, annual leave, and absences onto HR software and ensure database is kept up to date and accurate.
• First point of contact for employee relations and give advice to line managers on general HR queries and escalating where necessary.
• Inputting absences, leavers, SSP and SMP onto payroll system
• Uploading invoices onto databases, updating daily cash flow and preparing daily sales report.
