Customer Service Representative/Shipping Clerk

Seattle Fabrics, Inc. is a national leader in outdoor, recreational, marine and industrial fabrics & supplies. We are looking for Customer Service Representative/Shipping Clerk who can provide an exceptional level of service and is able to work in all departments: In store sales/customer service, samples, shipping and data entry. Position requires good attendance and attention to detail. This is a day job, no part time, nights or swing shifts. No experience necessary but knowledge of the outdoors and sewing a plus. Starting pay $18.00/ hour. Benefit package includes health benefits after 60 days and paid vacation after 1 year.

Skill Requirements:
Able to provide helpful and friendly service to customers, in person, through email and on phone
Accurately pull orders to be shipped
Outdoor knowledge not necessary but helpful
Ability to multitask, work as an individual and as a team member
Must be able to lift heavy objects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
