We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Senior Executive Assistant to join our team.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our senior executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Your ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of confidentiality will be essential. As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry’s most respected professionals and contribute to the growth of Seasoned Recruitment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including but not limited to calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense ing.

Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.

Conduct research and compile information for s, proposals, and projects.

Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of senior executives.

Maintain and update confidential files, records, and databases.

Take minutes during meetings and distribute them accordingly.

Assist with the onboarding and training of new administrative staff.

Manage special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience In The Healthcare Industry Is Preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.

Professional demeanor and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
