We are looking for a qualified administrative coordinator to assist with the project management functions of our operations. This is a rewarding position with the opportunity to advance. Must be computer literate, have extensive Google Docs & project management software experience, such as Trello. Quickbooks experience would be ideal. Able to manage vendor relations, understand project requirements, get quotes within required timeframe, ability to present the findings in effective manner, and manage project to completion.

-Proficient in multiple software platforms including Google Drive and spreadsheets.
-Industrious and self-driven
-Client focused with exceptional customer service skills
-Diligent about documenting actions/progress
Job: full-time is 40+ hours/week
Pay: $15-$17/hour to start
