Seaside Paper Products Hiring for General Labourer (PT) at Delta, BC Full Time

Job Description and Responsibilities:
The General Labourer is responsible to bundle products, pack products into cases, put cases onto a skid, strip waste, lift material, feed machinery, wrap and clean work area.

Shift:
This is a Part-time, permanent position that will work 1:30pm to 6:30pm 2-4 days a week Monday through Friday.

Skills and Requirements:
Legally entitled to work in Canada at the time of application.

Heavy Lifting is required. Repeatedly lift 50-pound boxes. Occasionally boxes as heavy as 75-pounds

Heavy lifting from the ground to waist level and back, as well as occasionally above waist level

Must be able to safely lift heavy boxes at a steady pace.

Good attention to detail.

Works well cooperatively with others.

Physically able to stand for extended periods

Reasonable English speaking and comprehension.

CSA-approved steel-toed boots are required.

Compensation:
$16-$16.50 per hour depending on experience. Salary review after 3 months.

Benefits after three months’ probation.
