You will nurture a small team to become experts in specific business and data domains, working across both business-as-usual and new projects.
Your team will be at the heart of our D&A Centre of Excellence, helping us to empower Seasalt with easy to access, reliable, trusted data sets and the skills to create consistent in-department reporting. Your role is hands-on, you will share your enthusiasm for data and your expertise with your team, with analysts across the business and end users.
