SearchPointNY Hiring for Sales Representative Bakery/Food Ingredients Northeast US Remote at Boston, MA Full Time

We are seeking Bakery/Food Sales Representative – Bakery Ingredients to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. This role can be located anywhere in the North East U.S. and would require up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing instore bakery (ISB) customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Develop customer specific ISB products

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Minimum of 2 years bakery plant or commissary experience desirable
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Education and Training Requirements:

Undergraduate degree preferred but not required. Technical knowledge of ingredient functionality and/or formulations of bakery ingredients required or willing to complete AIB or other food science program.

Exceptional Salary, bonus, car allowance, cell, computer and business expenses etc. Base salary of $85K to $100K DOE plus bonus uncapped estimated to be up to 20% of base year one. Interviewing now!
