WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?…

Are you a data scientist with a passion for leveraging data to drive transformation in the financial services industry? Are you ready to be part of an exciting project that will shape the future of our company? If so, we’re looking for you! Our esteemed financial services company is embarking on a significant transformation project, and we need a talented Data Scientist to join our team and make a lasting impact.

You will be working on a permanent basic with a team of 4 Data Engineers and other Data Scientists to ensure the smooth running of our current transformation project as well as many others in the future

YOU NEED TO HAVE…

• Substantial applied experience in data science, including advanced data analytics, visualisation, data modelling
• Experience in data transformations as well as experience in ETL techniques
• Experience in building and applying, algorithms, statistical models and machine learning techniques.
• Advanced experience using statistical software, tools and database languages (for example, SQL, R, SAS, Gitlab, Qliksense, PySpark or similar).
• Apply a human centred design approach, mentor junior staff and work collaboratively with business analysts to scope and deliver on high quality products
