Based in Sydney, we stand as Australia’s foremost autonomous media agency, committed to revolutionising marketing. Originally established as an expert agency in performance-driven media, we have since expanded our offerings to encompass a comprehensive suite of integrated marketing solutions, spanning across media, creativity, data, and technology. What sets us apart is our distinct emphasis on achieving results through performance-oriented strategies. We’re now looking for someone proficient in search advertising platforms as well as paid social to join our busy performance team, work with great clients and develop their skills and career in the wonderful world of Digital.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?…
We are seeking a Performance Executive with around 18 months experience in a digital / performance role ideally within an agency environment. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and practical experience in paid search and paid social. Familiarity with display and shopping advertising is advantageous. As a Performance Executive, your responsibilities will include analysing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations for your accounts. Your meticulous attention to detail, project management skills, and organisational abilities will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in a similar role with skills in Performance Marketing, Paid Search, PPC, Paid Social, Google, Bing, Digital Marketing I’d love to hear from you.

- Strong organisational and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising abilities
- Strong analytical skills
