WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As our newest Performance Marketing Director, you will develop and implement innovative strategies across channels like Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display and Automated Ads for clients in various industries. Collaborating closely with clients, you’ll understand their objectives and audience, translating insights into actionable plans. Leading a team of Performance Marketing specialists, you’ll guide them to optimise campaigns through data analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimisation to help drive sales & ROI. Staying updated on industry trends, you’ll recommend innovative strategies. Managing budgets and fostering client relationships, you’ll deliver integrated marketing solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
