WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Immersing yourself as a key member of our busy eCommerce from day one! As an eCommerce Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in curating our online presence and enhancing our customers’ journey across our e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for managing and optimising our online retail operations. Working closely with various departments, you’ll ensure a seamless and delightful experience for our fashion-savvy customers. Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Website Management
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website, ensuring all product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and engaging.
• Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Content updates
• Competitor Analysis

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

• Skills & experience in eCommerce, Fashion, Digital, Web, Products, Shopify, Analytics, GA, Competitor Analysis
• Organisational skills
• A passion for Fashion and luxury brands
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Shopify experience
