Brand new opportunity for an eCommerce Coordinator to join a luxury home furnishing company in Sydney.

We now have a pivotal role for an eCommerce Coordinator to join our busy eCommerce and Brand team to help us shape our online retail presence.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?…

We’re on the lookout for an eCommerce Coordinator to join our esteemed luxury home furnishings company and contribute to our eCommerce and Brand team. As an eCommerce Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing product listings, optimising our Shopify platform, and executing various eCommerce duties. Your responsibilities will include overseeing product uploads, ensuring accurate product information, compelling descriptions, and high-quality images to enhance product visibility and drive conversions, managing inventory levels, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the broader eCommerce and Brand team to execute strategic initiatives and uphold the brand’s standards of excellence. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, proficiency in Shopify or similar platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for luxury home furnishings. This position also has scope to develop skills in other areas of Marketing & eCommerce.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE…

• Experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry.
• Skills in eCommerce, Shopify, Content, Copywriting, Digital, Marketing
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
• Full rights to work in Australia
