Technical Recruiter

Search Leaders, LLC is growing and we are looking to hire a driven Technical Recruiter to join our team, 100% remote.

What you will do as a Technical Recruiter:

• Source candidates for assigned open jobs by following Search Leaders, LLC’s process to identify and close top talent for our clients.
• Build relationships with candidates via our internal database, social media, networking sites and networking events.
• Proactively build and nurture a pipeline of passive talent within the technology industry.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to candidates as it relates to staffing trends in the technology space.

What will make you successful here:

• Previous technical recruiting experience, ideally 2 years as a agency technical recruiter or corporate technical recruiting
• Previous experience placing talent with a technology background, including software development, devops, quality assurance, etc
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, planning skills, and ability to work independently
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and strong written skills
• Demonstrate a driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
