Supply Chain Coordinator Part – Time Permanent Southall – 20 hours £ 14,000pa
Hrs : 08.00 – 14.00 Mon – Fri

The Role

An opportunity has arisen within an exciting food production business for a Supply Chain Officer to join the team.

The role will play an important part to ensure the smooth running of supply chain operations, managing the stock movements and creating logistic route schedules to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods.

* Manage the inbound and outbound of stock movements of goods
* Respond effectively to queries relating to customer orders and deliveries
* Making sure dispatch paperwork is correct to customers requirements.
* Processing delivery orders with support to account and credit control queries
* Investigation of all claims received through to completion.
* Daily processing of delivered orders to initiate invoices

Skills required

Required skills and competencies:

· High level of analytical skill & Good level of numeracy
· Good planning and organisational skills
· Relevant stock control and distribution experience
· Proficient in Microsoft office applications
· French speaker (preferred)
· Effectively communicate in English (both verbally and in writing)
