We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable SEO manager to lead and execute our search engine optimization efforts. In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with our overall marketing plan and business objectives. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic and improving our search engine visibility, as well as measuring and reporting on the ROI of our SEO efforts.Salary: Rs. 30,000 – 50,000 per monthKey responsibilities:1. Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with the overall marketing plan and business objectives2. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify the most relevant and profitable keywords3. Monitor and analyze the website’s traffic and search engine rankings to measure the success of the SEO efforts and make adjustments as needed4. Optimize website content and meta-data, such as page titles and descriptions, to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as content creators, web developers, and social media managers to ensure that SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the organization’s digital presence6. Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, and incorporate new techniques and technologies into the organization’s SEO strategy7. Measure and report on the ROI of the SEO efforts and communicate results and insights to stakeholders8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as PPC and social media, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive results9. Develop and manage a link-building strategy to improve the website’s authority and credibility in the eyes of search engines10. Manage the SEO budget and ensure that the organization is getting the best return on investment for its SEO efforts.Skills & Requirements:Candidate should have 2 to 3 years of proven experience in SEO.Should have a work portfolio.Should handle multiple projects and take care of junior SEO executives.Demonstrate strong decision-making skills and a persuasive and confident approach based on experience and knowledge.Able to lead customer-facing discussions confidently!Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Experience presenting digital marketing strategy.Who we are:Web Converts is a one-stop destination for all digital needs.
