Earth Tech Enterprises – utilizes the latest technology to reshape the landscape of Florida for future communities. Our services include mining, aggregate processing, land development, lake bank restoration, beach and shoreline projects, environmental services, and marine services.

Role: Marketing & PR Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Implements marketing communication tactics.
• Drafts monthly s on social media analytics and presents to marketing team.
• Writes press releases, social media content, brochure copy, website content and more.
• Develops interesting story angles and actively pitches the news media to land coverage.
• Updates and maintains all websites and news content for all companies
• Creates fresh ideas for marketing, PR, digital and event strategies.
• Coordinates all elements of special events.
• Handles promotional swag program for employees and special events, working closely with the Creative Director.
• Coordinates the printing and installation of signage for properties and developments.
• Schedules and coordinates photo and video shoots for all projects, working closely with the Creative Director and Project Managers.
• Provides support before, during and after production shoots.

Required skills and qualifications

• No less than three (3) years of experience in marketing and public relations coordination or similar role.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Knowledge of social media platform best practices and the ability to remain current on evolving usages and tactics.
• Outstanding writing abilities.
• A willingness to support the marketing and PR department in a variety of ways, no matter the task.
• A strategic mindset.
• The ability to deliver overall marketing communication strategies in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
• A commitment to execute tactics with speed and precision.
• Ability to take copious meeting notes and follow through with thoughtful recap documentation.
• The ability to call contacts to speak directly with other parties to communicate marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• An undergraduate degree in communications, advertising, public relations, journalism, marketing, or similar discipline.
