As a family owned business the members of the Seaboard Transport Group work together as a unit filled with transportation enthusiasts on the road, on the ground and in the office. Join us today as we are currently hiring a Revenue and Settlements Data Entry Clerk based in Dartmouth.

Work from home option after training period (In-office training up to 6 weeks)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and audit delivery documentation received from drivers and owner/operators and make required adjustments to TMW software as required Document all driver requests for additional time, verify against e-logs and summarize for review and approval.
• Prepare summary of extra time billable to customers based on delivery documentation.
• Report paperwork and order entry discrepancies for subsequent coaching back to drivers and dispatchers.
• Interact with drivers, dispatchers, and operations managers for resolution of discrepancies and issues related to driver paperwork.
• Prepare/provide backup documentation to customers as required.
• Create and manage custom reports using MS Excel, Customer Templates and Industry Tools.
• Ensure all documentation is received as required for billing purposes.
• Communicate with billing and pay departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and pay.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Excellent organization and time- management skills.
• Well organized, detail oriented and a proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills required.
