Sea Mar Community Health Centers Hiring for Health Center Administrator at Monroe, WA Full Time

Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 per year

Position Summary:

Full-Time HCA position available for our Monroe Medical Clinic located in Snohomish County, Washington. The Health Center Administrator, under the direction of the Regional VP of Operations, is responsible for the overall operations, the day to day management and financial viability of the medical clinic, including the collaborative and functional integration of other members of the Clinical Care Team.

In collaboration with the Medical Director or the VP of Medical Affairs, the Health Center Administrator is responsible for the implementation of the organization’s personnel, departmental and other relevant policies and procedures. The Health Center Administrator assists with the financial planning and budgeting for the clinic, and is responsible for marketing the clinic services, and for developing collaborative working relationships with other community programs and agencies.

Qualifications/Education:

• Graduated from an accredited college or university. Three to five years of experience may be substituted for formal education.
• A minimum of one-year experience in a hospital or ambulatory health care setting is required.
• Completion of a postgraduate course in hospital administration or medical care administration is highly desirable.
• Prior knowledgeable and experience regarding insurance programs, coverage and coding is preferred in order to answer.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, not required.
