POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for conducting centralized revenue activities in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Runs Rejected visit report and investigates reason for rejections and follows up accordingly with front line staff, SDC’s, LHIN’s, Supervisors as well as with the Billing Team in Corporate
• Escalates all revenue-related issues to Revenue Manager
• Provides excellent customer service by responding to internal and external customers with efficiency, courtesy and appropriate urgency
REQUIREMENTS:
· Intermediate computer application skills in MS Word and Excel
· Typing 45 wpm or better
· Experience with using a PC database is required; Procura experience preferred
· Intermediate data entry skills
· Detail oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
· An ability to prioritize, multi-task and deal with competing priorities
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Demonstrated creative problem solving
· An ability to work independently
· Three years of related work experience preferred
