SDP Solutions is a workforce management company based in Sydney. We are seeking an experienced Software tester with ability to develop and deliver applications testing services within agreed time, cost and quality expectations. The position will be involved in planning, testing and documenting the functionality, performance, reliability and compatibility of new websites and applications to ensure they align with departmental standards.

• Assisting in service support to minimise application downtime in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assisting with development of user documentation for technical quality assurance
• Contributing to technical documentation to support the reporting of test results and recommendations.
• Following in-house testing methods to ensure compliance with specifications and maintaining appropriate records.
• Implementing technical QA processes and procedures to ensure compliance with technical standards.
• Performing technical quality assurance for digital content.
