We are one of Australia’s most respected children’s services organisations, and have over 650 staff across 37 sites in Sydney, regional NSW and the ACT. We also have therapists who support children with autism or a developmental delay, and can help overcome the challenges that can make everyday life and participation tough for children.
About the team
The Human Resources team is committed to attracting, developing, supporting, empowering and retaining a committed and skilled diverse workforce to achieve SDN’s strategic outcomes. The team also fosters a healthy and safe work environment to enhance the wellbeing of our employees and ensures efficient and accurate payroll processing.
You will be joining our HR team of 12, leading a team of 2 in recruitment. We are a close knit, diverse and down to earth team. We are passionate about what we do and we work really well together. We are led by a highly experienced Head of HR who is consultative, supportive and hands on.
About the role
You will provide support and training to SDN managers to enable them to achieve their recruitment needs and initiate and implement various innovative recruitment strategies to ensure an efficient and continuously improved recruitment process.

This position will be based at our brand new Shared Services office in Ultimo/Glebe with hybrid working arrangements available.
This is a full time permanent position.
