Job Description:

As the COO at SCULPTED, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward and transforming the lives of our users. We are seeking a visionary leader who is passionate about every facet of personal development, and creating positive impact in the world. ing directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the SCULPTED app and spearheading strategic initiatives to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure the seamless delivery of SCULPTED’s holistic wellness platform and services.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and retention, while driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Build and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry leaders, influencers, and experts to expand SCULPTED’s reach and impact.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence, fostering collaboration and cross-functional synergy across teams.
• Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute SCULPTED’s long-term vision, goals, and roadmap, aligning with our mission and values.
• Oversee the development and implementation of new features, products, and services on the SCULPTED app, ensuring alignment with user needs and market trends.
• Drive user acquisition and community building initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and user feedback to optimise user experience and satisfaction.
• Lead efforts to secure funding, investment, and strategic partnerships to support SCULPTED’s growth and expansion plans.
• Represent SCULPTED at industry events, conferences, and media opportunities, raising brand awareness and positioning SCULPTED as a leader in holistic wellness and personal development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in operations management, business development, or related fields.
