Scripps Health Administrative Services supports our five hospitals and 19 outpatient facilities, which treat half a million patients annually through 2,600 affiliated physicians.
Scripps has been named one of the top employers in the nation by Fortune magazine for the 14th time. The 25th annual 100 Best Companies to Work For list ranked Scripps No. 87. It was the only San Diego County company to receive the honor and one of only eight health care systems on this year’s list.
Scripps is in the top 1 percent of 1,200 hospital recruiting organizations across the country, according to Healthcare Source, a leading provider of talent management solutions for the health care industry.

This is the third consecutive year that Scripps’ recruitment team has been recognized by Lean Human Capital. In 2022, Scripps was one of only three health systems in the United States to receive this recognition.
