POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for the management and development of the Talent Acquisition Advisors. Connects and collaborates with multiple departments across the organization. Main focus of this team is to recruit, source, and bring in a large number of applications to ScribeAmerica. The Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible to oversee that workloads are maintained properly for current business and potential growth, important KPIs are maintained and proper goals achieved for staffing teams, partner with internal business partners to communicate and collaborate to achieve revenue goals, and ensure the department is properly staffed and aligned with operational counterparts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develops and implements strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
Partners with Operational leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
Manages a full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple regions.
Works with Operations to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent recruiting experience preferred
3-5 years of experience leading a recruiting team
Display exemplary work ethic, professionalism and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate technical capability, strategic thinking, exceptional attention to detail, time management and organization, communication proficiency, leadership and teamwork
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Need to be able to influence leaders and pull projects across the finish line.
