You will be offered great flexibility to carry out your role either onsite OR working from home. There is no hierarchy, on the days you come in, you might be sitting with your P&C team or alongside the CEO.

Your days will largely be spent…

• Assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager in various areas of the end-to-end TA lifecycle.
• Sitting in on job briefings with hiring managers to then effectively & creatively market available opportunities on relevant job boards and across other organisational platforms.
• Assessing, screening, and shortlisting exceptional talent
• Carrying out all relevant administration, scheduling, and compliance duties
• Providing an exceptional human experience for candidates as they seamlessly flow through the recruitment process.
• Assist with upcoming Talent Acquisition & People & Culture projects that will further uplift and evolve the people function (a new Application Tracking System, Employee Value Proposition, Recognition & Benefits programs – to name a few…)

About you…

• You ideally have a min 2+ years developing and honing your recruitment coordination, talent management skills in either AGENCY or INTERNAL Talent Acquisition Teams
• It’s all about bringing the right attitude & experience to survive & thrive in a fast-paced, transformational environment.
• You can clearly demonstrate previous success in a similar role.
• You’re a quick learner when it comes to Technology focused roles & business.
• Great attention to detail, ensuring the back end of the Talent Acquisition process is clean & efficient
• You can demonstrate a fine balance between assessing candidate credentials & culture fit, whilst also engaging and selling the opportunity to a successful outcome.
• You enjoy what you do & can have some fun along the way!
