Our team has grown rapidly this year, and we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Recruitment Marketing Specialist and Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment Marketing team. You can work from our Global Head Office in Milton, Brisbane or from our office in the Melbourne CBD!

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for reaching out and effectively communicating with candidates as part of our Recruitment Marketing campaigns.
You will primarily use tools like Facebook, Linkedin Headhunter, and Talent Search through Seek and Indeed to source applicants, but you will have the freedom to get creative in bringing applicants to the table through whatever mediums you find most effective.
You will also work closely with our clients to identify their ideal candidates and liaise with our team to execute marketing strategies.
As our newest Specialist, you will have previous experience working in customer service, marketing or recruitment. You will also possess the following skills:
