Responsibilities Include

• Drive lead generation through high-volume prospecting (60-100 activities per day), capturing qualified leads that hold immense potential.
• Harness the power of various communication channels, from persuasive phone and Zoom calls to impactful email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Collaborate closely with our sales and specialist teams, securing specialised meetings to assess prospects’ needs and position Scout Talent as their ultimate solution.
• Propel organisations towards achieving their talent acquisition potential, revolutionising their strategies and securing top-tier talent.
